Honest, capacity-normalized pricing

Regulator-tier customers pay the honest cost of being served — typically $400–$3,500/month per agency depending on active-user count. The same product, with ~7× the fixed-overhead, goes to enterprise. See the full breakdown.

Governed at arm’s length

An advisory board with formal authority over regulator-tier pricing and precommitment-trigger conditions keeps our governance independent from our commercial trajectory. See the charter.

When our enterprise revenue covers the free-tier subsidy, regulator pricing flips to $0 — published in advance, not promised after the fact. See the precommitment.

Every output is signed against a versioned manifest. Regulators can verify any output’s chain themselves via our open-source CLI. See verify-manifest.

Public engagement registry

We publish the list of regulatory bodies whose public data we consume (currently 55+ across federal, international, and standards bodies). We also publish — by default — any agency we enter a regulator-tier customer relationship with. See the registry. (Currently empty — pre-engagement.)
