Before diving into legal terms, understand what we're building: consciousness infrastructure for human flourishing. Every HQ platform serves dimensional literacy, cognitive sovereignty, and authentic human connection. These aren't just products - they're a mission.

We believe:

• Technology should serve human evolution, not exploit it
• Your data, attention, and consciousness belong to you
• Privacy is a fundamental right, not a premium feature
• Authentic connection beats algorithmic manipulation
• Open source and transparency build trust

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GeodesicNexus services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Services Overview

Holistic Quality provides consciousness infrastructure platforms:

• Dimensional Literacy: Educational framework for understanding reality through 8 dimensions
• ALETHE: Consciousness tracking and dimensional awareness visualization
• CHISPA: Deep compatibility matching through 8-dimensional profiles
• Frequency: End-to-end encrypted messaging without phone numbers

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

5.1 Account Registration

To use our applications, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of services
• Use services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Reverse engineer or copy our software

5.3 Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP Rights

All content, features, and functionality of GeodesicNexus services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and code, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for their intended purpose.

6.3 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By using our services, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide services to you.

7. Fees and Payment

7.1 Platform Access

Many HQ platforms are free to use. Premium features and services may require payment, which will be clearly displayed within the platforms.

7.2 Subscriptions

Platform subscription pricing and terms will be displayed within the applications. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

7.3 Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Changes to subscription pricing will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
• Defects will be corrected
• Services will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOLISTIC QUALITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Holistic Quality and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Your content or data

11. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account closure features in our applications.

12.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended inactivity

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use services ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after termination, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation to resolve disputes.

14.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any platform-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Holistic Quality regarding use of our services.

Platform-Specific Terms

The following sections provide additional terms specific to each HQ ecosystem platform. All platforms follow the core terms above, with these platform-specific considerations:

📚 Dimensional Literacy Platform (dimensionalliteracy.org)

Platform Purpose: Educational framework teaching the 8 Pillars of understanding reality.

Educational Content License:

• All educational content is for personal learning and growth
• You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit course materials
• Sharing insights from your learning is encouraged (attribute the 8 Pillars framework)
• Teachers may reference framework in educational settings with attribution

Learning Progress:

• Courses and assessments track your dimensional literacy growth
• Completion certificates may be provided for finished courses
• Progress data remains private unless you choose to share

Community Guidelines:

• Discussions should support learning and dimensional growth
• Respect diverse perspectives across all 8 dimensions
• Share insights that help others understand reality more deeply
• No spam, harassment, or content that undermines consciousness

🧘 ALETHE (getalethe.io)

Platform Purpose: Consciousness tracking and dimensional awareness visualization.

Consciousness Tracking:

• You control all consciousness data you input
• Tracking is for personal growth, not surveillance
• Data visualizations help you understand your dimensional development
• All tracking data is private by default

Data Ownership:

• Your consciousness tracking data is yours
• Export your complete history anytime in standard formats
• Delete all tracking data with one click
• We never claim ownership of your consciousness metrics

Sharing & Privacy:

• Choose what (if anything) to share publicly
• Shared insights are anonymized by default
• You can revoke sharing permissions at any time
• Community features respect privacy settings

Not Medical/Mental Health Advice:

• ALETHE is for consciousness tracking and personal growth
• It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care
• Seek professional help for medical or psychological concerns
• We provide awareness tools, not clinical diagnosis

🔥 CHISPA (getchispa.com)

Platform Purpose: Deep compatibility matching through 8-dimensional profiles.

Matching & Compatibility:

• Compatibility scores are algorithmic assessments, not guarantees
• 8-dimensional matching provides depth beyond appearance
• You're responsible for your interactions and relationships
• Compatibility ≠ guaranteed romantic success

Profile Content:

• You must be 18+ to use CHISPA
• Profile information must be truthful and represent you accurately
• No impersonation, fake profiles, or misleading information
• Photos must be of you (not celebrities, AI-generated, etc.)
• Respect others' dimensional journeys in conversations

Safety & Conduct:

• Harassment, abuse, or predatory behavior results in immediate ban
• Report concerning behavior immediately
• Meet in public places for first in-person meetings
• Your safety is your responsibility - we provide tools, not guarantees
• Block and report features available for all users

What We Don't Do:

• We don't manipulate matches to keep you swiping
• We don't hide compatible matches behind paywalls
• We don't sell your romantic preferences to advertisers
• We don't gamify human connection

Account Termination:

• Violation of community guidelines results in warnings or bans
• Repeated violations = permanent removal
• You can delete your account and data anytime

📱 Frequency (getfrequency.io)

Platform Purpose: End-to-end encrypted messaging without phone numbers.

Encryption & Privacy:

• Messages are end-to-end encrypted - we cannot read them
• Encryption keys are generated and stored on your device
• If you lose your device, we cannot recover messages
• Backup your encryption keys if you want message recovery

Account Creation:

• No phone number required - username-based identity
• Choose a unique username (first-come, first-served)
• Optional recovery email (encrypted, not required)
• You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure

Acceptable Use:

• Use Frequency for legal communication only
• No illegal content, harassment, or abuse
• No spam, scams, or phishing attempts
• Respect others' cognitive sovereignty and boundaries

Content Moderation Limitations:

• Because messages are encrypted, we cannot moderate content
• You're responsible for who you communicate with
• Block and report features available for problematic users
• Law enforcement requests cannot access encrypted message content

Open Source:

• Frequency code is open source for transparency
• Audit the code yourself or rely on independent security researchers
• Security vulnerabilities can be reported responsibly
• Community contributions welcome under open source license

Service Availability:

• We strive for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime
• Offline message delivery when recipient reconnects
• Messages may be delayed or fail during outages
• Not suitable as sole emergency communication method

Frequency's Promise: We built this because existing messengers compromise your privacy. We can't read your messages, governments can't read your messages, advertisers can't read your messages. Your conversations are private. That's cognitive sovereignty.
