Refund Policy

We want you happy. If you're not, we'll make it right.
Free Products
Most of our platforms are free. There's nothing to refund.
If something's broken, let us know and we'll fix it.
Paid Products
For any paid product or service in the HQ ecosystem:
- 30-day guarantee: Full refund within 30 days, no questions asked
- Technical issues: Full refund if we can't resolve the problem
- Partial use: Pro-rated refund if you've used less than 50% of a service
Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime — no long-term contracts
- Refund for current billing period if cancelled within 7 days
- No refund after 7 days, but you keep access until the period ends
Founding 100 / Lifetime Access
Lifetime purchases have a 60-day refund window.
After 60 days, no refunds — but you have lifetime access, so that's the deal.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@holisticquality.io
- Include your account email and order details
- We'll process within 5-7 business days
- Refunds go back to the original payment method
What We Won't Refund
- Abuse of the refund policy (repeated purchases and refunds)
- Violation of terms of service leading to account termination
- Disputes filed before contacting us directly
