How do I delete my account?

Each platform has account deletion in Settings. Or email privacy@holisticquality.io with your request. All data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Can I get a refund?

Yes! 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. Email billing@holisticquality.io within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Do you sell my data?

Never. This is a core part of our Anti-Slop Promise. We don't sell data, don't use it for advertising, and don't train AI models on it. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

Is this really human support?

Yes! Every support email is read and answered by a real human on our team. No AI chatbots, no automated responses. Part of our commitment to human-first technology.

Can I use multiple platforms with one account?

Not yet, but we're working on unified accounts! For now, each platform requires a separate account. But we're building ecosystem-wide authentication for the future.
