What this is

Regulator intake is closed. Holistic Quality will offer regulators free access once its data meets its quality bar; until then, write to regulator@holisticquality.io.

What happens next

We follow a 5-bucket triage process (per our public engagement-registry framework). We aim to give standard inquiries a first-touch response within 2 business days. We do not silently sit on inquiries.

Privacy — what we ask

We do not ask for personal info beyond name and agency email, and we never ask for case files, docket numbers, or anything covered by your agency's confidentiality rules. If you accidentally include sensitive info, we purge it on receipt.

Send your inquiry to regulator@holisticquality.io. Per Bill of Rights Article IX, regulators are never required to use any particular channel before publishing.
